It is time to talk about the most underrated week-end of the year “Father’s day” week-end and believe me as a husband and father of two, I know what I am talking about.

And talking about the new Douceur de France, as of today the plan is for us to start moving this coming Monday to our new location 277 South Marietta Pkwy. We will have to close for a few days, the time to set up everything and hopefully to open before the end of next week-end. So for the nostalgic of the little bakery in the middle of nowhere this is the last chance to come before trying the new place. We will remain open at our Roswell bakery.

On a sad note most of you who came to our Marietta bakery know who Samantha is. She has been working with us for the past 5 years and really was a big part of our success. She has move on to a great job opportunity in New Jersey. So we wish her a lot of success over there and a big merci for everything you have done for Douceur de France.  (Oops, I hope I don’t sound to cooperate but we really miss you…)
