After days of melting and molding pounds and pounds of chocolate, Easter is already here, and thank you to all of you who came already to get their Easter chocolate, I know your family will enjoy it.

Now our Easter cakes are ready, the strawberries cake nest and the chocolate cake nest are always a big success as well as our chocolate bunny cake.

Just as reminder: 
we will be open this Easter Sunday only at our Roswell bakery between 8am and 3pm.

It’s with great pleasure, and after being pushed around by our manager Morgan, to announce that we will be serving a special lunch for two on Valentine’s Day in both bakeries.

A lot of you have notice that some change has been made in the building of our Roswell bakery. After 2 years of telling that our bakery was more looking from outside has a real estate building than as a French bakery, that we had to do something to get the “French look “ going.

It’s not finish yet but do not hesitate to tell Malika what are your impressions so far…..

And as every year right before Valentine our bakeries are filled with heart shaped “douceurs” from chocolate to bread, from cookies to desserts, there is plenty to impress your Valentine’s.

A note to our customers:

Bonjour, 
Finally, I have some time for myself so I can breathe and write a newsletter. 
But where to start? So many things to say ...
First of all we have moved our Marietta Bakery for about 3 months now to 277 S. Marietta Pkwy for the ones who don’t come to visit us enough and things have been crazy, “c’est la folie”. 
We went from a little house in the middle of nowhere to a big building that everybody can see.
And maybe Danielle and myself should have taken a course of “How to handle a big crowd” but we were certainly not ready for that.
So for those of you who had to wait forever to get your food, we apologize.
And even today, if things are far away to be perfect, we are working very hard on it. We are also very pleased to introduce you Malika Safar who has been part of The Douceur de France Family for quite a while now and have been promoted General Manager at our Roswell bakery.
Felicitation Malika et bonne chance. 
I promise you will hear from me soon, our Halloween goodies are already out and we also have some new bread and pie I’ll talk about.
