Here are the results of our first poll ... "what's your favorite pastry?".
We have two winners here, and it is not a surprise to us: the Napoleon and the Crême Brulée are tight for first place, closely followed by the Fruit tart and the Chocolate Eclair.

Some other pastries were also nominated even though they were not listed on the poll: Rum baba, galette des rois, raspberry tart (and even Baklava!).
And speaking of Galette des Rois, it's time to order it now!
