The Taboulé

 

1# 1.64 oz Semoule
7.05 oz Lemon juice
7.05 oz Olive Oil
1# 1.64 oz Cucumbers
1# 1.64 oz Tomatoes
8.82 oz Red onions
4.41 oz Golden raisins
0.21 oz Mint
1.06 oz Parsley
0.01 oz Salt
0.003 oz Pepper

 

 

1.Pour the semoule in a container.

2.Cover with the lemon juice and the olive oil.

3.Finely dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and add them to the semoule with raisins.

4.Add the finely chopped parsley and mint leaves.

5.Add salt and pepper.

6.Mix well all the ingredients and store in a cooler.

7.The next day, mix well again and the taboulet is ready to serve.

 

You can garnish with fresh mint leaf.
